Concord supports rebranding (sometimes referred to as white-labelling) the entire Concord Fax Online experience for you and your customers.

This rebranding may as simple as establishing branded email domains and customized notification messages (in the case where you perhaps provide a basic desktop fax experience for small businesses or consumers) or could extend to a complete enterprise-grade branded solution that includes a full suite of branded client tools, portal UI’s and even API’s.

You chose from an á-la-carte menu of re-brandable elements and we take care of all the work for you. We do require that any component of the Concord solution that you expose to your customers carries your branding.

Creating a rebranded customer experience is regularly only a small part of the work when compared with ensuring that the organizations business processes are supported, that technical needs are quickly met and that billing happens smoothly. We are very experienced in ensuring that these broad range of requirements are met and we’ll be there to support you the whole way through the process.

• We provide you with developer support to ensure that any integrations you develop are built right first time and that we’re there to support you getting your project done quickly and efficiently. This includes access to development staging and test platforms as well as documentation and support on the extensive API’s
