Frequently Asked Questions

You have received an email from messages@concordfax.com but there is no fax attachment.
   
You have not received an email or fax message from messages@concordfax.com.
   
You are attempting to open a fax or voice message attachment from your email and are unable to view all pages of a fax message or listen your voice message.
   
Your fax messages are forwarding to the wrong email address. OR you are not receiving your fax and voice messages.

 

Issue: You have received an email from messages@concordfax.com but there is no fax attachment.
Reason: The attachment is being stripped from the email and regarded as a spam or junk fax by either your email provider or the setup through your email program (Outlook or Outlook Express).
Solution: Check your email settings for attachments and if necessary contact your email provider with any questions regarding filters for attachments coming into your email. If you are using Outlook or Outlook Express you may go to the Help section within the Outlook software or contact Microsoft for further assistance.
 
   
Issue: You have not received an email or fax message from messages@concordfax.com.
Reason: There is something through your email provider or email program or setup (Outlook or Outlook Express) that is stripping the attachment or email and regarding it as a spam fax.
Solution: Please check the email program you are using for any "junk folder" or "spam folder", the attachment and email may have been re-routed to this folder by your email setup.
   
   
Issue: You are attempting to open a fax or voice message attachment from your email and are unable to view all pages of a fax message or listen your voice message.
Reason: You may be using a viewer or media player that is not compatible with the eReceive service for opening attachments.
Solution: For FAX messages: If you are using Windows XP, please use the Windows Picture and Fax viewer to open and view all pages of the fax attachment. If you are using Windows "95 through 2000 please use Imaging or Kodak Imaging to view all pages of the fax attachment. For VOICE message: For all O/S, Windows XP through "95 you may use Windows Media Player to listen to the .wav file (voice message). Note: All of the above viewers and media players are pre-installed and part of your O/S.
   
   
Issue: Your fax messages are forwarding to the wrong email address. OR you are not receiving your fax and voice messages.
Solution:

Please follow the instructions below to verify or change your forwarding email address. Log on to the following website: www.concordfax.com  

First select Login from the main menu options: This will bring you to a login screen asking for a User ID and Password. Your User ID is your 800 number. You will need to enter your 800 number (ie. 8007646481). Your password is your pin number for the eReceive service. Once you are logged in you will see the options that you can change. In the 'Forwarding Address' field  type the email address you would like your messages forwarded to and click the Submit button (at the bottom of the screen) for the change to take effect. If you do not click the Submit button your forwarding address will not change!! Please make sure to log out before exiting the web browser.
