Users of any of the services listed here should be aware that they have been given legacy status at Concord. This means that they are no longer being actively developed or enhanced by Concord, and no new releases are planned.

Technical support for legacy services continues for existing customers.

These services have been given legacy status because Symantec Corporation, makers of WinFax, have discontinued production of the software. The latest version of WinFax Pro was released in 2001. WinFax is not compatible with Microsoft's newest operating system, Vista.
