Three Tiers To Fit Your Commitment
Our reseller partner program supports three tiers, all of which are described below.
The benefit of having three tiers is so you can choose which one best fits your level of commitment.
As your commitment levels increase, so does your ability to earn higher and higher recurring commissions.
Commission is paid as a percentage of all billings to your customers for the life of the partnership and Concord is proud to offer the HIGHEST COMMISSIONS IN THE INDUSTRY.
Reseller (Tier 1)
This level of commitment is relatively low - you occasionally come across leads for our products. You simply introduce us to prospects and you earn a modest recurring revenue in return.
|Engagement Model||Reseller refers a properly qualified lead to us using a standard Concord Lead Referral form, and Concord then assumes all responsibility for the sales process. Deal status updates are provided to partner, with outcome (success or failure) summary at the conclusion of the deal.|
|Pricing & Quotes||Concord determines all pricing.|
|Training & Certification||No training required.|
|Commitment||Minimum of 1 new deal every 2 years, although we expect that we are working on a few deals together each year.|
|Collateral||Access to all collateral and tools (via partner portal).|
|Marketing||Lead Generation on our Website.|
|Education||A web-based sales training session covering product overview and how to identify opportunities.|
Certified Reseller (Tier 2)
At this tier, you should have recurring opportunities to introduce our products to your customers and prospects.
You commit to maintaining a higher level of knowledge about our products and more deeply support the sales process in return for higher commissions.
You also qualify for a performance incentive which further accelerates your commission earnings.
|Engagement Model||Certified Reseller discovers opportunity, introduces product at a high-level. Engages us early in the sales process, where we take over leading the sale with the partner providing an ongoing supporting function. The partner attends all discussions with the customer and is responsible for working with the customer to collect required pre-sales information and generally support the sales process.|
|Pricing & Quotes||Concord leads all pricing discussions in consultation with partner.|
|Training & Certification||Partner required to have a minimum of 3 staff members complete basic product orientation and opportunity identification training which are delivered as 2x1 hour training programs followed by short online test to verify comprehension. Annual renewal of certification required.|
|Commitment||Minimum of 1 new deal per year, although we expect that you are contributing a few strong potential deals each quarter.|
|Collateral||All collateral is available for partner to rebrand.|
|Lead Generation on our Website||Priority listing on our partner page with a link to contact you directly. Includes logo and short company introduction.|
|In-house Licenses||Free Concord Fax Online service for 5 DID’s and 10 outbound users.|
|Branding||Certified partner logo.|
Gold Certified Reseller (Tier 3)
As a gold certified reseller, you encounter regular opportunities to introduce our products to your customers and prospects and have already verified your commitment and competence at the Certified Reseller level.
You co-market with us to promote our technology to your customers and commit to developing and maintaining product and market knowledge of a similar standard to our own.
You have now gained sufficient experience and expertise that you sell largely independently and require minimal assistance from us to define solutions for your customers and to close deals.
At this level of partnership you earn the highest levels of commission, the highest in the entire Online Fax industry and exceptional by every measure for recurring revenue streams.
You further qualify for additional Performance Incentives that accelerate your commission earnings even further.
|Engagement Model||Gold Certified Reseller discovers opportunities and presents product and intended solution to the customer. Partner expected to lead the sales process from initiation through to close. Requires a higher level of education and knowledge. Concord available to provide support, guidance and direction throughout sales process.|
|Pricing & Quotes||Partner leads pricing discussion with customer within guidelines provided by Concord.|
|Training & Certification||Partner required to have a minimum of 3 staff members complete advanced product education and product sales skills training. 3x1hr training sessions followed by online test to verify comprehension. Annual renewal of certification required.|
|Commitment||This level of partnership is available only after proven successes at the Certified Partner level and on invitation from Concord.|
|Collateral||Concord will rebrand all core collateral on your behalf.|
|Lead Generation on our Website||Highest priority listing on our partner page with link to contact you directly. Includes logo and paragraph of company introduction.|
|In-house Licenses||Free Concord Fax Online service for 10 DID’s and 50 outbound users.|
|Branding||Gold Certified partner logo.|
|Executive Alignment||2 Invitations to attend annual Partner Roundtable Event. Executive market review, early access to pending product development and opportunity to provide direct input to future evolution of product and company.|
