The Concord Account Administrative Center (AAC) is a valuable tool that allows customers
to administer and monitor their Concord Fax Online account online 24/7.
For administrators, the AAC provides master controls for creating and maintaining
user accounts and reporting. Customers can also enable account administration through
Web Services. It provides the added advantage of connecting to Concord's network
directly for advanced features such as creating bulk user and assigning area codes.

This web-based application contains the following functionality:
Monitor fax usage activity and generate report
- Account-wide view of user fax activity details
- Generate detailed reports by time period, geographic area, user or department
- Downloadable billing records suitable for importing into accounting applications
