The Concord Account Administrative Center (AAC) is a valuable tool that allows customers to administer and monitor their Concord Fax Online account online 24/7.

For Administrators, the AAC provides master controls for creating and maintaining user accounts, managing usage and reporting information as well as assigning new phone numbers and managing inventory.

Manage User Settings

  • Edit user contact information
  • Select file format for incoming faxes or cover page templates for outgoing faxes
  • Select which type of notifications to receive (fax failed, fax succeeded, fax requests)
